I would always take my dog to Petco or Petsmart for her cut. But I always felt uncomfortable with how i had to drag her into those places. I know it's kinda wierd, but I always felt like she was trying to tell me something. So a friend told me about Barkshear Manor Salon and I thought I'd give it a try. I was 100% completly satisfied. I can easily say it was her best cut. Not only did she not shed cut hair all over my car when I picked her up, but they used some kind of conditioner that made her coat really soft and shiny. The owners there were very friendly and you can just tell they are really passionate about what they do. I have taken Trixy there twice now and I dont need to drag her in.....enough said for me!!! Great place.

I have several dogs & have taken them to get groomed anywhere from big box pet stores to local owned mobile pet groomers and I have never been as satisfied and amazed as I was with Hope & Caryn at Barkshear Manor. Not only is their shop clean, but it has a soothing, upscale feeling that immediately made my pets feel at home and me better for leaving them there. The "styles" were very detailed for the breed and professional. I would highly recommend you experience them first hand, you won't be disappointed!

What a great grooming experience! I'm new to dog ownership and have had mixed results when I've had my toy poodle groomed. It seemed fairly common for him to come home with nicks and "missed" areas on his fur. I saw the coupon for Barkshear - it's close to my home so I gave them a try and loved it! My dog has been 3 times now and he actually seems to enjoy going! That's new! He hasn't come home with any cuts or nicks and his cut is always perfect. Great customer service... they are happy to suggest different styles which I find very helpful. I highly recommend them!
