Although that last customer may be disappointed, they can't be responsible for losing money on a dress when a customer's wedding is called off. That is not fair by any means! They treated me great! By far better customer service than every other bridal shop I went to. I am great friends with the owner, and I'll be back when I need a dress for a formal event. I have no complaints. Superb customer service!!!!! -Melanie

We went to Chica Bella in May for my daughter's wedding dress and also the bridesmaids dresses. The wedding was called off and Chica Bella was informed of this matter. We advised them that we would be in asap to get all the dresses. The owner had zero compassion about the situation when I informed her that every time they call it upsets my daughter greatly. Her exact comment was "And this is my problem how?" I was floored. If a woman that owns a bridal store can't see the situation as being sensitive and be understanding because of it...how is she going to give ANYONE else proper customer service! This is suppose to be one of the most important times in a woman's life. When things don't go even close to what is planned, this kind of behavior makes matters all the more tragic. I have 3 more daughters, AND 3 sons, do you think Chica Bella will get ANY business from these weddings...I don't think so!!!!! P.S. Number of times this store has called about these dresses...4 times in a two week period. Oh, and the wedding....it was to be this coming Saturday. BEYOND DISSAPPOINTED!!! Thanks Chica Bella for ruining my daughter's wedding dress experience!:( :( :( :(
