The main reason I chose The SpaLounge were the reviews posted here on Citysearch, all very positive, & the fact that Annette took the time to respond to these reviews to let her clients know they are appreciated. That sounded like excellent service to me. So that being said, that is exactly what I received. They were able to accommodate me with a same day appointment, and I was able to de-stress & enjoy the most wonderful & thorough facial I have ever had! Annette's techniques are calming & soothing as she explains each step she takes & makes recommendations for skin care as she goes. I also had her wax my eyebrows (& tint) which I was very pleased with. This was all finished with a very relaxing neck & shoulder massage, scalp massage, calf & foot massage, & arm & hand massage! Talk about thorough! I was able to purchase some of the products that she used on my face as well, & I believe I have found my new favorite skin care products! The Dermalogica line is great! It was fabulous, & I've told all my friends about the service at The SpaLounge, & of course Annette & her facials! Thank you for a great experience, & I will be back very soon! I think I need a pedicure!

This spa is great. Annette (the owner) makes you feel so special. The atmosphere is most tranquil. I had a combination of treatments: Back De-Stress Facial, Multi-vitamin Power Peel, Eyes Only De-Puff and a Shoulder, Foot and Hand Massage. It was fantastic! Annette made it a point to make the whole experience memorable from the tea at the beginning to the relaxing room at the end. I can't wait for my next appointment! Cindy Brinkley

I loved the Spa Lounge. The environment was calm, serene and relaxing. The first time I went I enjoyed a massage, facial and pedicure. Lisa applied perfect pressure for the massage and Annette provided a top notch facial and pedicure. Since my first visit, I came back again to see Annette for eyebrow waxing, she takes her time and was obviously trained the correct way to do eyebrows. My eyebrows have never looked so even! Keep up the great work ladies.

I frequently visit the spa lounge for massages, skin treatments, and my favorite skin products. I'm not new to receiving massages and this place is my absolute choice since I've found it. I have a wonderfully relaxing experience every time. The girls are so great and I look forward to seeing them every time I go in! The environment is perfect and you're treated special.

I recently visited the Spa Lounge during a open house on 5/5/07 and decided to treat myself to a facial for Mother's Day. Although the spa offers many services, I purchased the European facial and it was worth every penny!! I would compare my experience at The Spa Lounge to spa experiences I have received at some four/five star hotels globally. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing and I truly felt pampered. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, accommodating, and their attention to detail, including the hot scented neck wrap, steamy scented towel, lemon ice water and chocolate were just the start of a fabulous experience. The facial, including hand and foot massage, was probably the best I have ever experienced. In addition to the facial, the spa carries many highly recommended skin treatment products which are well worth the money. Much thanks for indulging me to an absolute fabulous experience.

This place is awesome. I went in for an eyebrow wax. I'm pretty picky about my brows. She did an exceptional job. This was actually my second visit. So, being picky, a second visit is a great compliment. :) I won't go anywhere else now. I drive all the way up from Orem to get my brows done here. GIVE THEM A TRY! You won't be disappointed.

My expierence exceded my expectations. My husband bought me the spa package with a massage, facial and pedicure. I am a new stay at home mom and I needed a little me time. When I walked in I was personally greeted and after some general questions taken into the spa and lounge area. I had a personalized priviate changing room that was spotless and the attention to detail was warm and relaxing In the lounge area I was treated to a hot neck wrap , warm towl and a drink while I waited for my massage to begin. I was instantly relaxed, the personal touches and the professionalism from everyone was reasuring and made me feel like I had the spa all to myself. My massage was one of the best I have had,she checked in with me as to the pressure a few different times. My facial was wonderful and very helpful I learned a few new tricks to make my skin look great even after my facial. By the time I was ready for my pedicure I felt like I has been on a vacation. when I walked out I was ready to head home and re-enter the world of motherhood.

I would highly recommend the Spa Lounge because of the atmosphere and excellent service. I was welcomed with a friendly greeting. Everything was perfect and very well presented. It is the best massage I have ever had. I would recommend Annette to everyone. She made me feel comfortable and made sure to apply the right pressure.

As a self-confessed spa junkie, I had high expectations for The Spa Lounge-And the top-notch staff, facilities and service exceeded them all! From the pleasant welcome to the personalized locker, comfy robe and slippers, to the modern, aesthetically-pleasing relaxation room complete with citrus water and chocolates, I was blissfully relaxed for my 90-minute Deep Muscle Massage. It was the best massage I’ve had in years! I am thrilled that we finally have a resort-quality spa in Draper. It’s evident by the attention to detail that owners Annette and Paul Mora are committed to satisfied clients. I’ll be back—every two weeks!

I was so relaxed here. Everything was wonderful including there flip flops. I have wider feet and the flip flops where ajustable. I even left my watch in the robe when I left and didn't notice untill I got home. When I called hoping someone had found it and it had not been washed. I was right they checked the pockets before the wash and found my watch. They even sent me a postcard with a thank you on the back. I thought that was great because I would have forgoten the name of the person who gave me the massage.

Pros: The web cite offered a 20% off coupon to first time customers,parking and the water

Cons: The coupon is only good once and it is rather far to drive.
