I have been able to go to the spa several times and enjoy different services each time. I have received the best pedicure of my life there and doubt I will ever be able to top it somewhere else. I have also had my hair cut and colored by one of their hairstylist and enjoyed the customer service I received there. I also have had several massage and each was wonderful and calming. I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a competitive rate and friendly place to go and relax.

I was so excited to try this place and was really disappointed. It is beautiful and they have a great service menu. But it's NOISY, NOISY, NOISY! There is nothing that kills the mood like hair dryers and stylists gossiping and cackling loudly over the top of the pretty music in my spa room. I will never go back. If you want a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that truly makes you feel like you've escaped, head over to Mainspring Wellness instead where they DON'T have a hair salon right outside your massage room door.
Pros: Wide variety of spa services
Cons: Very noisy, which does not create an atmosphere consistent with what a "spa" should be.

I have been to this spa many times and it is great! Everyone is professional and the prices are resonable for the services offered. I also like the product line that they use. The last time I was there, I noticed that they had changed management. There were a couple of big differences: They moved all the stylists to a different location to help with the ambiance of the actual spa section and now they do not allow children under the age of 12 into the spa unless they are getting a service. I love that I can schedule apppointments online and also buy gift certifactes online.

This spa would be great if management cared anything about ambiance!!! The whole time I was in my facial and massage, all I could hear were kids running around and the loud conversations of the stylists!!! Will NEVER go back!!!! Oh yeah and they will NOT accept or make any concessions on expired Gift Certificates. Not even if it is expired by one day!

This place is AMAZING!!!!, I have been to several day spas in the area and this place is the best by far. The staff was very friendly and eager to make my time relaxing and enjoyable. They were on time and professional. The environment is everything a day spa should be. The ambiance was perfect. Dim lighting to soft music, the amenities are great, from lockers, robes, slippers, and showers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Especially for a special occasion. they really go out of their way to make your special day even more special!!!! I am so glad I finally found a one stop shop, professional, relaxing, right priced spa!
