I really cant belive someone had a bad experence at ruffledale. this boarding facility is the cleanest boarding place i have ever seen. the girls there are watching the dogs at all times they even have squirt bottles full of water just in case something happens. i dont understand why that person says they are never on time, i drop my dogs off @ 7:00 every other morning and there is always someone there. my dogs are so excited when we turn the corner to go into ruffledales i know they are well taken care of, i have been going to ruffledales for 2 years now and nothing bad has ever happened to my dogs. Ruffledale is the best thing that has happened for my dogs and myself, they are so exhaused when i pick them up.

My Dog loves this place! The first time I took my dog he was so nervous, and I had to leave him for a couple of days. It broke my heart to see him scared, but by the time I came and picked him up he was happy and playing with all of the other dogs. Now when I take him he is so excited. He loves being there and I never have to feel guilty leaving him

I recommend Ruffledale to everyone I know. It's so cute in there and VERY CLEAN. I've looked at other places and they are no comparison to Ruffledale. My dog gets so spoiled there. He gets so excited to go there everyday because the girls there LOVE him. They take such good care of him I have to drag him off the couch in there to take him home! I fully trust the staff and don't worry how he's treated if I board him overnight. I love it!!

I highly recommend this place for grooming. I have tried many groomers but my dog would come home stressed out and would hide for several days after her appointments. Since taking her to Ruffledale, she comes home clean happy and stressfree. They are very serious about vaccinations and require proof of all pets who come through their doors.

I have only wonderful things to say about Ruffledale. They are professional, attentive, kind and trustworthy. My dog is afraid of strangers and yet she comes home completely stress free. I have taken my dog in for boarding and grooming. I would highly recommend Ruffledale for anyone who wants quality pet care.

I've worked for veterinarians/boarding kennels and have owned escape-artist dogs. I'm fussy about cleanliness, security, and my gut feelings. My old dog loves hanging out in the living room at Ruffledale. The staff is dog-savvy. I'm sorry the previous poster had a bad experience. It's the one place I've found where I feel good about leaving my dogs.
Pros: "The Living Room" where compatible dogs get to hang out together. Excellent security.

The employees do not come to work on time. They are rude to customers and do not seem to care about the animals.
