Zen Massage

I've never had a real professional massage before now, until I got one earlier today at Zen Massage. The atmosphere there is very tranquil and soothing. Even relaxing in the lounge on the comfy recliners while drinking some tea seems to immediately take some of that everyday stress away. I wasn't sure what to expect from a massage, But WOW, the massage went above and beyond expectations. Helen, the therapist, took her time to acknowledge and assess my needs, and gave me a massage that seemed to be fit just for me! The massage was so amazing and left me feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated! It's defiantly the place to go for anyone seeking to get rid of any stress. I highly recommend it and I will for sure visit again!

Pros: Soothing atmosphere. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Clean. Amazing massages!

Cons: absolutely nothing

my fiancé really liked it and he would recommend any one to come here to check out the environment and the therapist was friendly to us. Well one bad thing was, on their web site it said there will be wireless connection available but when we came there, I can't even log in to the wireless. Well they said it was because the the host. Anyway, beside that, everything else was super great :)

I have had several massages here in Salt Lake and I have to say that Jacquelyn gave me the best massage ever. It was deep enough (for a change) and incredibly relaxing. The table was very comfy. Jacquelyn was so kind to me and made sure the room was warm enough and I was comfortable for the entire time. I liked how I didn't feel rushed and I got to sit and drink some water afterwards on the cozy couch. I highly recommend this place and I will go there again in a week or so.

Pros: Great therapist, great atmosphere, small and quiet

Cons: none that I can think of.

So why go to a SPA for a massage? ZEN is a private clinic SPECIALIZING in therapeutic bodywork. That is all they do and they are AWESOME at it. The services are not listed because every therapist on staff is trained in several techniques and they combine what they know to give you exactly the kind of massage your body needs. Nice, quiet lounge, very relaxing atmosphere. And of course, on-line scheduling! I love this feature and use it regularly as it tells me what's available any day of the week. If all you need is a truly good massage without the body-wrap/pedicure/salt-scrub combo I could not recommend a better place than ZEN.

I guess it's time to let the secret out. They deserve it. I have been to many local therapists and this is by far the cleanest, classiest, and most professional place in town. Not only is the therapy here top notch, but the place is so inviting you could sit on their couch all day. They even have a wireless access point for laptop users. This place is my favorite stop for a nice deep and relaxing massage, and if you have some stress to unload, you owe it to yourselves to try them out. Check their ad in Catalyst Magazine.

Pros: Immaculate, clean, comfortable

Cons: absolutely none that I can think of

It is a home away from home. You can sit after your massages and relax, there is no rush to get you out the door. Kathryn was my massage therapist and I thought she did a terrific job. For someone so small she sure can give deep massage. I will definately go there again, SOON.

Well, I never normally would go get a massage, but some friends told me I should so I came on here and read some very good reviews! I made an appt, and went for it! Rebecca was the therapist and im going to join the bandwagon and say Rebecca rocks! Definatly will go again.

I have always asked for Rebecca for a massage. She is always professional and knows me well enough to know what my needs are so that I don't have to explain what muscle groups need attention on any given day. She knows which massage techniques to use in any case and I have always left relaxed and feeling physically and mentally better.

The girls here really know their stuff. Awesome technique and a soothing admosphere with nice rooms and a lot of personal touches make this little place one of my top picks.
