I just needed a jump in my driveway. I called at the tail end of the day, spoke to someone (probably the owner) who was driving and said he'd calle me back in 5 minutes. He did, and my cell service went out! I called him back, he patched me into his driver so I could give directions. The driver who showed up at my home was very personable and courteous. Certainlly not a big job, but I was very happy with the service I received all the way around, and would recommend this company.

A-1 Autow in Rio Rancho should be applauded for their outstanding efforts in ensuring that their services is expedient and coordinated with the customers best interest in mind. Scott, the owner and his wife strive hard to accomndate each and every customer in whatever their towing needs may be. During this last unexpected snow storm A-1 Autow made ay and late evening calls to accomodate customers that had "slide off of their driveways or into ditches and expedeintly retrived their vehicles in record time. As any tow truck company, maintenance and sound working equipment are one of their top priorities, it is right up there with their customer service.SUPER SERVICE, SUPER PEOPLE, HIGHLY RECOMMENED!!!!!!!!!!! STATE DOT POLICE INSPECTS ALL VEHICLES AND ALL TRUCKS PASSED VERY WELL......
Pros: PROVIDES SERVICE WITH ALL YOUR TOWING NEEDS

I don't recommend, slow service and the trucks are out dated. There is no A/C in the trucks so make sure you have a ride if you choose to have them tow you. The price of these two tow trucks are the same as the other tow truck companies. The other "tow truck companies" in Rio Rancho run newer vehicles faster dispatching times and quality sevice. In my review A-1 Autow Recovery with time and money and updated trucks and a GOOD Dispatcher! Could be a Credit to Rio Rancho,NM.
Pros: 24 hr service
Cons: trucks unsafe

Me amd my 5 yr old daughter were stranded on hwy 528 in Rio Rancho, when we called A-1 autow, The dispatcher said it would be about 30 min or less , they showed up in less than 15 minutes..Scott, the owner of A-1 Autow showed up himself and gave me and my daughter a ride home ( which was about 10 miles from our broken down vehicle) before taking my car to the pep boys. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!!!!
Pros: EVERYTHING
