Very good food! Super easy to park!. I have to admit that after dining recently at Noodles I was surprised at the quality of the food. Having lived in Hawaii for 5 years I have enjoyed noodles from some of the best noodle houses in the U. S. and the Japanese noodles I ordered here were every bit as flavorful, with very fresh ingredients added. I was with my son and we each ordered the Japanese noodles with chicken. Very, very good bowl of noodles. I must say though, we were disappointed at the size of the bowl for the price. Each was just under $10 and we went away not hungry, but not satisfied. Noodles are an inexpensive dish to serve and there should have been more for the price. All in all I would recommend Noodles to my friends, but would warn them about the quantity.

This "swift-serve" restaurant has offered crowd-pleasing, comforting carbs from around the world since 1995.. In Short
With hard-surfaced walls, ceilings and floors and a steady stream of diners, the noise level can get high but it still has a family-friendly feel and a few options for kids. The menu is dedicated to all-things-pasta featuring Japanese pan noodles, pesto linguine and spicy peanut salad. Patrons can order at the counter for take out or have their noodles served to them in a white porcelain bowl.

Best soup and salad in SLC. Order only from the Asian menu. The Thai curry soup with shrimp beats Big City Soup's Thai chicken curry. Know that this is difficult to do. The salad to get here is not on the menu. It's the Mixed grill with beef steak.

Pei-Wei (another Paul Fleming fashion logo) has much more variety and presentation than Noodles, but no where even close to the quality. You do however, get higher prices at Pei-Wei. So, do you want substance and value (Noodles), or presentation and variety (Pei-Wei)?

If you want a rice bowl, go to Rumbi's Island Grill. It's better than anything Pei-Wei has to offer.
