We ordered blinds for our home four years ago and everything was fine. We ordered another blind for our basement and had a terrible experience. Kim who sets up appointments has terrible communication skills. They don't put the customer first and they could careless about you and your time. They don't keep their word. DO NOT get your blinds from them.

I moved here from out of state, My husbands job took us here. We found a beautiful home with ugly cheap blinds. I wanted shutter in the front of my house and standard blinds in the back. Cory came and helped us, He was nice and very helpful. The shutters we wanted did take some time to get. but they are so worth the wait. We we use Home touch, not for just the price the we quaity of blinds !! Thank you , you made our windows look beautiful. Thanks for showing me what would look and fit best LRG JOHNSON

My experience with Home Touch Window Coverings was Fabulous. Quality shutters require the kind of professional measuring and installation that Home Touch offers. Matt, the installer from Home Touch, was the exact image of a professional installer. He probably didn't realize it but I was grading him on his performance. Here's what I looked for.... Appearance - He was neatly dressed and clean cut. Communication - He spoke clearly and answered questions directly. Job performance - He was on time for the install. He was organized and efficient. He did not waste time. He layed the job out, put the shutters together and installed them in a quick, professional manner. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. Customer Service - It was my impression that it was important to Matt that I was pleased and happy with both the shutters and the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Touch to my family and friends! Great Job!

We were looking for window coverings for our new home, we were strugguling to find a good quality prodcut. We visited alot of other compaies showrooms that make ther own products but we were looking for a quality manufacture. We were driving down 1300 E and we saw a sign that said Hunter Douglas Gallery. We stopped and pulled in. We were pleasantly suprised. We walked in and we were helped right away, the person who helped me was VERY helpful and was able to answer all our questions and concerns. It only gets better from here. They scheudled a time for them to come out. They called us the day before and reminded us about our appoitment. The day of the appoitment i was even running a few minutes late, and i recieved a phone call from the sales person saying that he was running 5 min late (he called 10 min before the appoitment) and to top it off he as on time.... When he came into my home, he was very nice, polite and he knew exactally what he was talking about. He measured all our windows and gave us a quote right then, We were suprised. iwth the quality of the manufacctures and the presentation we for sure thought that Home Touch was going to be alot higher than they were. We recieved a quote from another company the day before and the comparisions between both of these companies was A MAJOR difference. When the products came in we were notifed right away, we were scheudled right away and the whole process was just what we expected. The install Matt that came out was so nice and friendly. He came in and idd his work and at the end he made sure that i new how to work my blinds and gave us a helpful packet. He even called when he was on his way. I was given a time block of 12:00 to 2:00 to arrive and he showed up at 12:50. When he called we thought that he might be latter than he was, but he was just giving us a heads up. I have talked to others at work and they have had the same experience as me. Thanks so much Home Touch. W

I love my new Home Touch Window Coverings. I was really apprehensive about getting the right product for my new remodel. The salesman was courteous and set my mind at ease. He suggested several products and was patient with all my questions. The coverings came sooner than expected which was an added bonus! They look great. I have used Home Touch in the past for blind cleaning, but will also highly recommend them for new window coverings to all my friends.

We had final measurements for plantation shutters done the last week of January. It is now the last week of March...no shutters. We were just told our order would have a "rush" put on it to be instaled the first week of April. We have been in contact with three different employees, no one is on the same page. We get different stories from each one. Poor communication. If we had not already signed a contract and given the downpayment, we would have been long gone. I would NOT recommend Home Touch for shutter instalation.

I just went in for a bid on some blinds.Then I walked out knowing more about their products and their competitors.The gentleman gave me a bid and they beat their competitors by over $525 THEY beat COSTCO,wallpaper warehouse,etc.I will be back to have my blinds cleaned.
