(I had an appointment for an hour and half deep tissue massage.) The massage would have passed for mediocre except that I had made an appointment for 90 minutes and the MT asked if I wanted the 80 minute. Okay no biggie, I thought maybe I had been wrong and they only offered 80 minutes. BUTT from the time she started to the time she asked me to get dressed the massage only lasted 43 minutes!! I definately didnt want to pay for a 90 minute massage that lasted 43 minutes. I left unsatisfied, to put it nicely...

I am not certain what exactly occurred with this visit, but this is NOT what we do at The Spa Clubs. Our Massage Therapists, I feel, are the best in the business so I am thinking there was a misunderstanding between what was booked and what the Massage Therapist performed.
