This property management company is unethical in its business conduct. They are misrepresenting at LEAST one property being advertised. They claim the apartment is a "top floor apartment" which is simply a LIE. Having lived at that apartment for a year, it is located beneath the top floor bedroom of the adjoining apartment. The noise problem was horrible, and we would not have moved in knowing we were NOT on the top floor. They are wildy unresponsive, and have yet to return our security deposit, 43 days after moving out. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRIMINAL ENTITY.
Pros: If you like to work with outright liars then choose this company!!!!
Cons: Unresponsive, and absolutely unethical.
