excellent mexican food, owned and ran by locals

Javiers is a wonderful place for fine mexican dining. I am especially amazed at the humility and friendship of the owner. He is always in the kitchen, cooking, serving, or in the community helping others succeed as he has. The staff is friendly, and like cheers your always welcome.
Pros: delicious food, friendly staff, great environment
Cons: everyone likes it so at lunch time it can be over crowded
