VERY BAD SERVICE

I HAD TO EDIT WHAT I HAD PREVIOUSLY WRITTEN FOR MY REVIEW BECAUSE MOST OF WHAT I HAD WRITTEN DID NOT FOLLOW THE TERMS & CONDITIONS. SO...I WILL JUST SAY THAT ICEBERG SHOULD EITHER FIND NEW EMPLOYEES WHO TREAT PEOPLE LIKE HUMAN BEINGS, AND NOT SOME STRAYS WALKING AROUND THE PARK OR CLOSE THEIR DOORS FOR GOOD. THAT'S HOW BAD OUR SERVICE WAS. WE WERE THE FIRST ONES THERE, AND THE VERY LAST TO LEAVE, AFTER A GROUP OF 15 PEOPLE CAME AND ORDERED FOOD. SURPRISINGLY THEY GOT THEIR FOOD FIRST. WAS IT BECAUSE WERE NOT THE RIGHT COLOR, OR BECAUSE THEY SIMPLY HAVE BAD SERVICE? I DO NOT PLAN ON FINDING OUT. i will highly highly NOT RECOMMEND this fast food joint to ANYONE, especially when they like to give you half of your order and then the rest when you ask for it. The philly cheese was dry and flavorless. Definitely not worth the money that was spent. 2 people vs. 15 people...you do the math, we should have gotten ALL our food first, since we were obviously the first ones there. We only ordered two items.

• Pros: At least when your a group of 15 people getting food, you can depend on getting your food before a group of two who ordered only a philly cheese and sundae.
• Cons: Customer Service to the food. THEY ARE REALLY SLOW when "trying" to get part of your order to you. The whole order would be good next time.

great for shakes, awful for food

go here to get a shake after you eat elsewhere or for a special treat. avoid the food at all costs. it is just gawd awful - greasy, tasteless, and of poor quality.

I will not be back

I have tried to be a customer for some time but

several bad visits send me away to restaraunts that

want my business . First I ordered food on the menu

but they did not have any of it in, no sorry or

suggest anything else. Then I ordered a combo meal

with a shake for a drink when I picked up the sandwich

and fries again I reiterated the drink. I never

received any drink even though I paid for it. Next I

tried to get a breakfast smoothy according to the menu

$1.99 I was charged $3.00 just because I ordered

strawberry instead of orange and again with a so what

rude attitude. This was over several occasions and

times I will no linger go there and waist my time.

Bad word spreads like wildfire.

ICEBERG HAS GONE DOWNHILL

Iceberg used to be a great place to go to,,, Up until this year that is.. I just got home from there & had the worst experience of my life!! After a 40 min. wait for the 3 cars ahead of me, we get to the drive up window & I ordered an extra large cone in a cup & I have ordered this since I started going there 5 years ago. I dont mind paying a bit extra.. I also asked what was going on? I got INSTANT attitude, the employees were swearing inside & it was VERY Unprofessional...so I asked if there was a manager on duty? The young girl said I could speak to her manager if I wanted to pull up & wait she treated us horribly & I said that I would just call in & that only made matters worse. She laughed & was EXTREMELY snide & said the manager was her friend so to go ahead & call. I said that?s okay I'd just contact the owner. She then advised (about yelling) the owner was her Aunt & told me her name 4 times each time repeating it more loud than the last. She also advised that I'd better write that down. At this point the manager came to the window & was just as rude & advised me that I didn't need the extra ice cream. (Mind you the manager was my size if not larger). Also, the swearing that I had heard was coming from the manager. (NICE)!! I told my husband to just drive & we will NEVER go there again! I will be spreading the word to others in our community about the treatment you will get along with the ice cream that has gotten very small since the previous years. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF & go to Neilsons The service & icecream there are MUCH BETTER.

Best Peanut butter shake!

I grew up really close to iceberg, and a milkshake from there was always a treat I looked forward to and loved. I always get the peanut butter shake. Its perfect. Just the right amount of peanut butter, and it leaves you craving more. Definitely recommend!

ONE TASTE AND IT WAS A TRADITION

When I was growing up my mom and dad brought me and my sisters to the iceberg on 3900 south, now we make it back there about 2 or 3 times a summer. But now that there is one in Orem and sandy we still get out to Iceberg at least once a month to get our favorite shakes, and our new found heaven the Onion Rings and Fry sauce. These are to die for. AWESOME is all I can say. we will be there forever!

Best shakes and the food gets better and better

Utah has known Iceberg as Utahs best shakes for over 46 years and this last visit was even better. I had my favorite the Carmel Marshmellow Banana and then had thoer Onion rings with homemade fry sauce. but my best suprise was when I ordered the Jumbo burger with cheese and asked for the onions grilled. If your in for an awesome burger ask for the Jumbo with cheese and get the onions grilled. My wife had the fries and a corn dog! another great combo. Congrats to you Iceberg for being around for 46 years I look forward to our families generations enjoying your traditions.

Oreo?

I went to the iceberg ready for a good shake. I ordered an Oreo shake and I think the only Oreo that got in the cup could have been a speck of dirt. There was nothing in my shake. Thinking it was a fluke I went back, and again ordered an Oreo shake. Well much to my suprise this one was poor as well. I don't think the shakes were good at all. I say keep looking!

Affordable and Delicious!

A great date night restaurant! We love to go here and share a meal. The meals are HUGE! I recommend this place once and you'll be begging to go back for more.

Whooopity Dooo!

I first tried the Iceberg while on vacation in SLC. WOW! was I impressed with the huge amount of ice cream they stuffed in my cup? You bet I was, Mister! Every flavor you can possibly think of, and some you just make up. The food is average, and honestly could use a little improvement. However the shakes and malts are what keep bringing me and my family back. Weve been to the original location, and also been to the Cedar city and St George locations. The people were very friendly and helpful. ICEBERG, WHEN ARE YOU COMING TO BOISE! Dairy Queen just doesnt cut it! xxoo The Emerald Crusader
