My husband was coaching a baseball team 2 1/2 years ago. We ordered hats and uniform shirts through them. The date they told us they would be done, they hadn't even started on them. We received them one hour before our first game started. The logos were done wrong. They wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. I would not recommend anyone use them. Then they changed the price on the finished product. The owner said they would sponsor the team and then turned around and sent us an invoice. Not a good place to do business!

They took my item, gave me a qoute and told me when it would be done. I went in to get it and they said it would take another day or two and went in 4 days later and they hadn't even started on it. I told them this was the second time I had come in and they just said they were put back because of a large order & would call me when its done. They called me a couple of hours later and told me the price was quoted wrong and it would be about 4 times as much.
Pros: convenient
Cons: not on time, misquoted, didn't perform
