I've had alot of health problems over the years. I've taken alot of supplements that just did not measure up to what was claimed. What was explained to me was every person's body is unique. What one person may need for health might actually harm someone else. Nutrition must be tailored to the person. These people do this expertly!!!!!!!! I've actually been able to reduce the supplements I take and feel better at the same time.
