I just wanted everyone to know how good Jessica is at Salon Of Italy. She does an amazing job on my color,cut and style. I always leave feeling like a million bucks! I only wish she could do my hair everyday.

If you want the perfect cut and the perfect color...go see Heidi at this salon. This salon does excellent hair. She is an amazing sytlist and I just love her. I have beautiful long blonde hair and she cuts it better than anyone else. You know, curly hair is hard to do, but Heidi knows what she is doing. You'd never know that she has short dark hair herself because she totally knows what to do with curls. I like going to this salon because the atmostphere is always good. There are people always talking and hanging out. They have interent too and can help you find directions and stuff. The staff is always nice there. I just love seeing Heidi because I know I will always get a great cut and style and color. She just got married and I'm excited to get back in to see her. Having my hair done by her is like having a story told...I just love stylist that are chatty and happy. I guess if you love where you work you can have that. Anyway, next time I am there I would like to try a manicure. My nails are reeally brittle but I have heard that a good manicure can help with the splitting. I don't know, but I'm going to give it a try. Why not, the price is right. And, that is what I think about this salon, the price is right, you can't go wrong.

Where is Cally? Why is it that salons can not keep their best employees? Where did Cally go? I love Cally. She was friendly and fun and talked a lot. I can't stand going in for a brazilian waxing service and having someone work on my bikini line and not say a darn word. I found Cally by mistake. I got lucky when I got Cally to do my brazilian. I think that Salon Of italy has great employees and I just found out that Cally isn't there anymore. If anyone knows where this gem of a girl went, please please tell. Cally was my third esthetican that has moved to another place. Why do these girls leave their salons AND not tell their clients where they have gone? Anyway, I loved going to Salon of Italy because it is close and convenent and a cute place really.. But you have to wonder why people leave. Did Cally leave the state? I hope not, I need to find her before I put on my summer clohtes. \ Anyway, did I mention she is a great waxer and so competant. She also did my pedicures and I loved the way she painted my toes. The polish never chipped. Now, that is a true compliment because , ladies, you know that polish chips. NEver mind that the pedi room was small and cold, Cally made my toes look good. So, if anyone knows where she is please please please write it here so i can find her.

HI, I just have to rave about Kristen. My sister and I went to her to have our hair done before my wedding a few months ago. She did an incredible job. I was just looking over the wedding photos the other night and still can't believe how great my hair looked.

Cons: hard to find

I have always heard of brazillian waxing and have wanted to try it for a long time. I have a friend who has been seeing Erica for a while now and is always so impressed with her speedy waxing. She said it only takes about 20 minutes and the whole thing is done. 20 minutes didn't sound so bad and since my friend raved and raved about Erica, I gave her a shot. She did a wonderful job!!!! It was not nearly as bad as people make it sound and it really only took about 20 minutes!! And she shaped my eyebrows too and they look great. I am telling all my friends to go see Erica and anyone looking to try brazillian wax should go see Erica. She's the best!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is WOW!!!! I found myself in a position that I had to change salons after 10 years, and looked on City Search for the best reviewed salon in Utah, and decided on Salon of Italy. I called the salon and asked who their best colorist was, they recommended Brooke. I went in to see Brooke, and she was absolutely brilliant in her ability to choose the perfect color for my complexion. She also told me that she teaches other stylists in Utah how to use Rock Star Hair Extensions, and I was so impressed with the color that she did, that we booked an appointment for the following month to do a set of extensions. It is absolutely amazing the talent and expertise that Brooke has, I have never looked better. Just the other day, someone told me I looked like Heather Locklear - what a compliment! Her attention to the littlest details is incredible. I will be going to Brooke at Salon of Italy for life - I am paying 1/3 what I used to pay for a downtown salon, and my friends and family tell me I look 10 years younger - it is nice to look 20 something again! I am beyond thrilled with the results of both the color and extensions - WOW! I AM BEAUTIFUL! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I am a customer for life!!!

Pros: Expertise, listens to what I want, professional, highly satisfied

Cons: a far distance from my home, but worth the drive!

I went in for waxing, which I have done many times in the past. I saw Erika and she did a fantastic job. I thought she was very professional, made me feel comfortable and was extremely fast. It was more painless than I have experienced in the past, and probably the fastest wax I have had. There is no need to prolong the waxing experience so it is nice that she is so quick at it. I was impressed and I highly recommend Erika. She does facials too.

I called to make an appointment with Joann. She is amazing and an awesome waxer. I travel a lot and look forward to being in town for my treatments.(brazilian) The salon wouldn't tell me where she went and tried to get me to book an appointment with the estheticians they have but I liked Joann because she is so good and makes me feel comfortable. Anyway I found her and thought anyone else looking for her might want to know.... she's at Wax me too. It's right off the freeway in draper ...(but good luck getting an appointment --she's pretty busy but very flexible). They book appointments after hours! Great for me because I work late up north and sometimes can't come in the normal 9 to 5. I give Salon of Italy top reviews because of Joann...but now that she is not there...

I went in to have my hair colored, and the woman I got was very rude and did a terrible job on my hair. I had decided to go blonde again and had heard good things about this salon. The stylist dyed my hair an awful bright orange color and then explained she knew it looked bad but she was leaving and I would have to come back and have it fixed later. The soonest appointment I could get was more than a week away. I'm not that vain, but I do work as a receptionist in a busy office and looked terrible. There was no way to hide my hair and I had to go to another salon and have it fixed, so I had to pay to have my hair colored twice.

Pros: nicely decorated

Cons: rudest staff and most negative experience I've ever had at a salon

I have had my color done by Jessica on several occassions.I am always pleased with the result of my color. She will guide you though the colors and make suggestions, but you will get what you want. Go check her out.

Pros: friendly staff

Cons: they should supply water bottles for clients instead of cups of water.
