Absolutely Horrible!!

I contacted Paramount to pay off an old membership that was long forgotten by my hubby. I paid the amount off in full, and called back a day later to ask for a receipt. Not only did they blind transfer me all over the place, the refused to acknowledge my request. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was transferred to a voice mail, and was not provided an extension or anything. These people have absolutely no customer service skills!
