I got rear ended two months ago and just got my car back. I had the tow company take my acura there after the accident, because the Acura dealership recommended them and the insurance of the idiot who ran into me was paying . A month later after pushing the finished date back 2 weeks I got my car back. Upon further inspection I found that the trunk liner was sagging and none of the seams matched up and most of the plastic pins to hold it were missing. Then I noticed a tail light had watter in it, the trunk had water in it, the trunk sensor didn't work, and the bumper was sagging in the middle! So I took it back and showed them and made an appointment to drop it off. When I got it back the bumper was fixed, the sensor worked, and they did a little better job with the linner, but there was still water in the tail light and the trunk was still leaking! So I took it back again and made another appointment to drop it off. It's finally OK, but still not in as good condition as before the accident. The only good thing is that they painted a little scrape on my front bumper for free since they had the paint anyway. Abra is WAY better. Summary: Took twice as long and two trips back to have my car in decent shape, but not as good as before the accident. Threw in a free scrape touch up, but that doesn't make up for that crapy experience!
Pros: Customer service, threw in a freebie
Cons: Parking, repair quality
