Are you kidding me?? I submitted my order early, and made an order off the website. When I called in, no one was able to find out what I was talking about. (Note- there is no item numbers specified on the website, the arrangements are just named). I rec'd a call back stating that they had ran out of the flowers that I requested, and I had to settle for carnations. I then rec'd another call stating that they could not deliver them as they had to many other orders to fill. I suggested that they abide by the first come first serve basis, but in the end canceled my order. Thanks a lot Flower Patch!
Cons: poor customer service, overpriced
