The History
Its mission is to improve state government by ensuring agency compliance with the Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act (49k) (Utah Code Title 63, Chapter 46a); guaranteeing public access to the regulatory process; and maintaining the official compilation of administrative rules, the Utah Administrative Code.
