A chancy-looking but friendly bar where patrons show no pretensions and, occasionally, experience visual epiphanies.

Atmosphere
Uncle Bart's is not the kind of place where you expect to see five middle-aged women in concert T-shirts and jogging pants and dancing in a circle with Madonna's "Holiday" on the jukebox and more joie de vivre than a pack of eight-year-olds. But that's what I saw when I visisted. The crowd's usually a mix of cirrhotic cowboys, deadheads, college kids playing pool, and distracted people who wander in after dragging State Street.

Drinks
The beer is the pale American variety, but drinking anything else in this bar would be a gross violation of the laws of what is right and good.

AMAZING

AGAIN ME AND FRIENDS WERE THERE, HAD FUN DIFFERENT WHEN IT COMES TO ALL THE PEOPLE THE MIXTURE WAS SURPRISING, AND THE BAND (ODD DOG OUT) WAS THERE AGAIN, IT WAS JUST JUMPING, THEY SHOULD HAVE THEM BACK MORE OFTEN.

• Pros: ROOMY, BARTENDERS GOOD, GREAT MUSIC
• Cons: NO PARKING, NO DANCE ROOM
