Great Food
by teeme73 at Citysearch
Great Italian food. I love the atmosphere where one can escape the buiness world and let your hair down. The owners are always quick with their wit and will treat you like one of their own. The sandwiches are to die for and the hot dishes are second to none. The value is outstanding.
- Pros: Great food, Great people
- Cons: None
cosa nostra of the sandwich
by nogginlocker at Citysearch
It's like the place where Mickey shot McClusky and Sollozzo in The Godfather. It has that Italian feel. The Sandwich's are criminally good. The bread?...it's like biting into the old world, really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The meats are sliced thinner than Paulie's (in The Godfather) meticulously sliced, by razor blade, garlic. Except the guys at Musumeci's don't wear a blue terry-clothe bathrobe while carving. The place will have you saying 'Leave the Gun, I'll take the Conolli...or sandwich."
- Pros: Thinly sliced meats on European bread
- Cons: hours are od

This hole in the wall is a must visit. The Meatball sandwich is perfect. There is a good selection of other Italian dishes and all do not disappoint. The food will leave you craving for more.
- Pros: Great food, prices
- Cons: Hours
Wonderful Place Hidden in Downtown
by cloney24 at Citysearch
This is hands down my favorite sandwich/Italian deli shop. I frequent this place at least once a week. I have never had trouble finding a place to sit. The food is wonderful and prices even better. A hard place to find if you dont know downtown but well worth the find. A must try for anyone going downtown for lunch.
- Pros: Great Food, Fun People, Great Price
- Cons: Select Hours
What a place.

Remember the soup Nazi on Seinfeld? Very different business here. Be prepared to be asked to leave if you take to long to eat lunch. I've even seen the guy skip people if they didn't know what they want when they got to the head of the line.
That being said, when I worked downtown this was our usual lunch stop. The food was great and the price was even better. Excellent sandwiches and italian food. If you can handle the help, you'll love this hole in the wall stop. Just eat quickly. Or, better yet, get it to go.
- Pros: Great Food, Great Prices
- Cons: Grumpy People, Not enough seating, Hidden location

This is a great little hidden treasure in Salt Lake City. Thouogh it may be hard to find and you have to go during business hours - it will be well worth it. And the best part about it is that you can get such great food for such a little price.
- Pros: Price, Great Food, Friendly People
- Cons: , Open Deli Hours
