My husband designed my wedding ring with Limb Jewelers in 2002. I love it!! However, I too have had problems with the side stones coming out. Three times to be exact. But all three times, Limb Jewelers has fixed my ring, free of charge. Even this last time, I decided to upgrade the side stones to some more expensive ones, and they still didn't charge me anything. Larry and Becky are both very nice, friendly and helpful. I have been very satisfied with their customer service. I would recommend Limb Jewelers to anyone. =)

My wedding ring was custom made by Limb Jewlers over eight years ago and has been beautiful ever since! The new store is fabulous and the staff is alway friendly and helpful. They are great at getting you what you want in what ever price range.

Pros: Unique jewelry.

Cons: Location is far from where I live.

I think this store works solely on commission. I was robbed. The prongs on my new ring are all bent. i lost two stones already. I wish I would have bought somewhere else but my now I have to constantly check my ring to see if all the stones are there. If they aren't then I yell at my husband for going there, then I have to buck up, go in, and wait to get my ring back after I explain to them that I swear I didn't do anything to make them fall out. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Ari Diamonds and Shane Jewelers are both right up the street and much better choices than this place.

Pros: close to home

Cons: emptied my bank account, and sanity...

Didn't get good trade in value. Had a hard time getting ring done by the time I needed it. We (my fiance and I) continued to use them giving benefit of the doubt. She went in to see about trading 3 rings in and was told that she could have a $200 in store credit. She went for a second opinion at the Shane Company. They gave her $370 for just one of the rings! I went back to Limb to get wedding band and they jacked the price they originally told me what it would cost for the band. I had to buy it. It matched. The night of the wedding, my fiance noticed that two of the stones were missing from her ring that I just paid way too much for. bottom line; I feel it is a sort of hokey Operation. If you have lots of time and money and like going back to the jeweler to get your stuff fixed and replaced, then this shop is for you! (update 1 week after took ring in to get fixed); I walked in Limb jewelers and Larry snickered at me when he saw me. He then asked "didn't we call you" and I said "No we did not recieve a call". Larry then told me how the ring wasn't ready but he would call me after the weekend to let me know. We will have been married almost 2 weeks and my wife still doesn't have a ring. Larry had no empathy and made no effort to compensate or show any real regret that it happened. He did re-assure me however that the stones he is ordering now might fall out again. So We have that to look forward to... We HATE this store! Happy shopping!!!

Pros: It is not a busy store

Cons: Pay way too much

We just got married in Jan 2007 and purchased both engagement and wedding bands from Limb Jewelers. My husband's great grandmother left her diamonds for us to use. So we had Limb Jewelers custom make our wedding rings. We have not been impressed with the quality of their work and have had many problems with our rings. In March 2007 I had 2 prongs broken on my main diamond and when they repaired it there were many bumps and jagged edges on the new prongs. Then in July 2007, another prong came loose and we lost one of the side diamonds a precious heirloom that can not be replaced. I would not recommend in using this Jeweler unless you want continual low quality repairs and lost diamonds in less than 6 months.

I bought a wedding band a size to small for my partner and the company wouldn't resize it I was ready to purchase a new band. We were also looking for a wedding ring for myself. I ran across a gift cert for Limbs on the Internet so we went in and viewed what they have. Everything in that showroom is gorgeous we had a hard time picking out a ring but managed to do so with the help of their employee. They not only were very friendly and willing to work with us they took the band that I purchased and sized it. I recommend this store to anyone who's looking for great customer service, beautiful diamonds and reasonable prices. Limbs will be our new jeweler til the end.

Larry, his family and staff are a delight to work with. Very knowledgable and helpful. Good selection. Great on custom made jewelry.

This place does it all. I have had jewelry repaired & made at this store. The people there are very friendly & curteous. The prices are good too.
