Please except this review as an overdue thank you to the entire team at Millcreek Inn. Our July 8th wedding was flawless. No detail was overlooked by the staff and none of us could have imagined a more beautiful, magical, romantic or intimate setting for our event. The food and drinks were superb and the presentation was stunning. Thank you for all you did to ensure our wedding day was perfect. We will continue to recommend the Millcreek Inn to our friends and family and we are happy to provide references if they are ever requested. Sincerely, Michelle and Aaron

Good afternoon staff and employee's of Millcreek....I wanted to express my appreciation and complete satisfaction of the wedding you managed for us on Wendsay, 9/19/07. Of course you atmosphere was fabulous, but aside from that, you staff of people taking care of the event was second to none! The food was to die for and the professional personal touch and attention to detail was unbelievable. Everything we asked to be done or requested over and above your normal service was attended to immediately. I am sure you know how important these once in a life time receptions are to the people involved....you truly made it memorable! Thank you again, we would highly recommend you service and reception center to anyone seeking to have a time in there lives they will never forget.

Millcreek Inn isn't just for weddings - I'm so pleased to say Millcreek Inn works extremely well with/for corporate events as well! Back in early September, I set up an event for the local Young Lawyers Association, and I have to say it was fantastic! From the start, it was clear the office staff wanted to work with us, with our budget, and were happy to accomodate our requests. I, personally, had a wonderful time, thanks to the meticulous planning of the staff, the fantastic food, and great service, but above all else: Millcreek Inn made me look great! I've received many compliments, thank yous and rave reviews from the group, and I can't recommend their services enough.

My daughter's wedding was this past summer, and still, I can't get over how flawless, beautiful, and professional everything was. The location is breathtaking - canyon views, plenty of trees, well-manicured gardens, and a wonderful outdoor patio that was perfect in the summer weather. The food prepared by the chef was astounding, way beyond my expectations. The service staff was highly professional, very accomodating and friendly, and helped us through not only the wedding but through the reception as well. I would reccomend Millcreek Inn to ANYONE, as will my entire family (they loved the event - so much so they're still talking about it, even now at the holidays). THANK YOU SO MUCH, MILLCREEK INN!

I can't express how happy I was with my son and new daughter-in-law's wedding breakfast! I know the staff worked so hard to get everything ready, and it was even more perfect than I had imagined - it truly surpassed even my expectations. I also had lots of compliments from family members and guests, everything was so beautiful, the location fantastic, and the food - I can't say enough about the food! I'm not sure who's working in the kitchen, but they are not only artists, the quality was superb! I have three more children to marry and we will definitely be going back to Millcreek Inn in the future!

Pros: Gorgeous location, fantastic food, great ambiance!

After our one year anniversary, we are still so thankful for Millcreek Inn, who hosted our wedding and reception. The entire day went off without a hitch, thanks to their staff, and we only have the fondest memories of the day. We highly recommend Millcreek Inn to anyone, but most especially our friends!!!

We couldn't be happier with the wedding at The Millcreek Inn. The venue, food, service were the best! From our perspective and from that of several guests - we wouldn't change a thing. The December wedding was planned entireley from out-of-state. The staff went out of their way to help us create the wedding we wanted. And we all are very grateful for the service.

PLEASE be careful if you decide to do business with Millcreek Inn!! The owner was very rude and unprofessional with me!! I am saddened to see that others have had similar problems. The immense stress before and after was not worth it! I was waiting to write this review to give them a chance to fix the problems we've had with them. They still have not. I find it more than coincidental that the 1st positive review was posted after I told the owner that we were unhappy and he already had negative reviews here. He hung up on me shortly after. His stance was that they have many weddings there and everyone doesn’t complain, so why should he care that we’re not happy? While he has many weddings, you only get one. It is a beautiful location and venue. I agree the night staff is good and the chef makes great food. We were so excited that we were able to find a place on such short notice during the summer in Utah. My aunt even got engaged there back when it was a restaurant. Just as others have mentioned, it went ok, but not as planned. I told the owner the day before our event that I had noticed many inconsistencies with what we were told in our sales meeting, with the office manager, and him. My intention of telling him this was to point out potential issues others may have. My bad. I have planned a couple of conferences when I worked for the university, and I never had these problems with vendors. The owner’s response when I said we were not aware of the items we were about to be charged for was they couldn’t list everything or else it would be 50 pages. Other vendors do. I hope for their sake they will learn from couple’s complaints and improve. For those who are considering having their wedding there, I would recommend exploring other options. If you do decide to use Millcreek Inn, be sure to get everything in writing!! I mean everything and not just accept their word for it.

Pros: Beautiful setting, evening staff friendly

Cons: Hard to deal with after signing contract, rude management

I would agree with the two earlier reviews. The management treats you very poorly after you sign the dotted line. In fact, we were actually insulted and yelled at during one meeting (of only two) and my now wife actually cried on the way home. Not being able to change venues becuase of time, we were forced to stick with them. Our wedding turned out great due to the staff there that night. I would strongly consider your options. Great location, great support staff, but not worth the treatment you get from the top.

Our wedding at Millcreek Inn was perfect! The staff was most helpful and professional - I am really thankful for all their help and hard work. They made everything go so smoothly. We also really enjoyed the dinner and food. We had many compliments from our guests in regard to the food (we had the 4-course tasting menu).

Pros: awesome food and staff, great summer setting
