I had a $50 gift certificate to The Finnish Touch Day Spa, so I scheduled a manicure, and within the first 5 minutes, the girl was so rude, I had to get up and discontinue the manicure. I was so incensed, that I actually gave her the gift certificate anyway, indicating that I would be NEVER comming back because of her rudeness. (I guess I cannot go into detail about what happened and the girls name, because of the review rules of citysearch but it was BAD!) It was extremely sad that the service has declined so severely because we had been friends with the owner for 20 years, even when she was located across the street. Now, we decline every party invitation they send us. It's really a shame. I'd rather spend my money on a better day spa, and the better day spas, would rather have me spend my money on them too!
