Summary: Horrible Customer Service - Horrible accomodations - Growing up in Utah, I have visited Murray Park many times. Our family consistently holds gatherings in the park grounds. We were very excited to use the park once again for a graduation party in May. We reserved the Pavilion and paid our Money well in advance. The park does not allow payments over the phone or online which is also an inconvenience. The forecast was set as cloudy with a small chance of rain a week before the event. We thought we would be fine as the park requires a full 7 days notice for any refunds. The day of the event a nasty storm came in rained all day long. Most parks will help accomodate mother nature by issuing a raincheck for a future date that has not already been reserved. We contacted Murray Park 2 days after the event (they are closed on weekends) and they refused to offer any retribution. The park had no clean up, no mess, no extra costs but yet they are still unwilling to offer any kind rain check. Our family will never patronage this park again for any future gatherings. The best part is the customer service agents did not even care!!! Their quote "sorry - mother nature" was all that was offered when asked if we could reserve the pavilion for another night. Horrible experience - Horrible customer service.

Pros: None - customer service ruined the whole experience

Cons: Horrible customer service, 7 day notice requirement, limited options of payment

It's so great that this park is right in the midst of everything; it feels like a secret hideaway. It's an absolutely gorgeous spot for a date or for playing baseball, which I've done more than once.
