Dec 13, 2008 went to the Salt Lake City, Utah store and purchased the two for one deal. The person helping me claimed to be the regional manager up from Phoenix to help. First concern: after all of the "add-ons" the price was very expensive (after checking around - more expensive than other places). Second concern: company failed to meet the promised time of delivery for the glasses. On Friday, 1-9-09 I called AGAIN and was told the glasses had just come in that afternoon. I immediately went to the store to pick them up. Third concern: only one of the two pair of glasses was actually delivered. No one could give me a time for delivery of the second pair. Fourth concern: Upon attempting to use the new glasses, I found the left lens was so blurry I could not see anything out of it. Fifth concern: quality control I noted that a sliver of polycarbonate was stuck in my finger. Upon closer examination of the eyeglass lenses I noted "pieces of polycarbonate along the edges of the lenses. The lenses did not have the edges ground off NOR were the edges buffed. Sixth concern: No management help. There was no manager at the store (a new manager apparently was in Las Vegas being trained this week). The assistant manager was new and could do nothing for me. I asked for a refund and was told to come back on Monday or call customer service. I was given a card with the number. Seventh concern: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called the customer number upon arrival home (5:20 PM MDT). I got a recording asking me to leave my name, and phone number and someone would call me back.
Eight concern: That I was stupid enough to have gone to this place in the first place!!
- Pros: NONE
- Cons: Expensive prices, Very long delivery window, Poor quality product - lenses, No Quality Controls, NO Customer service, Failed to deliver requested product
Poor Service, Horrible selection, and very careless

The first time I went in the receptionist made me wait over an hour for my appointment just to tell me that they could not give me my eye exam until they verified my information with my insurance. My prescription was wrong THREE TIMES!!! How do you keep messing up a prescription. The customer service was awful and the management was mediocre. I waited three months, no joke, three months for my glasses. I did not get a phone call to tell me my glasses were ready. When I went to pick them up today I thought the nightmare was finally over. Oh no, I have not even had my glasses three hours and I just noticed that my 350.00 frames have a scratch on them AND they are missing rhinestones. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to wait a LONG time to get their glasses. I have gone to LensCrafters for the past 3 years and to the Morin Eye Center and I have never had such horrible service. The longest my glasses have ever taken was a week, not three months. I agree that they are over priced and never again will I set foot in their store. Well I'm forced to on Monday because they have to fix my frames now and that ought to take them another three months!
- Pros: No pros, they were not what I expected at all
- Cons: Read my comment! Need I say more?
The choice of optical frames could have been better for shuch a pricey store

Even though the service was great and the eye doctor was too quick with the exam..
Everything looked the same no trendy frames just the basics.ovals and squares no beautiful side pieces.
Ended up bringing my own frames in to put lens in to get stylish glasses.
One lens I had done was never quite right with the no line bifocal. Make sure you ask if the person is an Optician .
- Pros: Manger was very helpful.
- Cons: Not a lot of good selection everything looked alike.
