I purchaced a sony tv from this location. two months into the purchase, it stopped working. Circuit City would not take it back. I delt with Sony for three hours to no avail. I wnt back to circuit city and one of the manages called sony for me. They even shipped the tv to sony for me. This store went abouve and beyond what any major name store has. I do think, howver that it would have been eaiser for everyone if the store had just switched out a new tv for me.
Pros: knowledgeable staff, nice layout, will work with you
Cons: REBATES, answer your phones, I dont want warrenty
