I have been into Artichokes and Company quite a few times and my last experiences were bearable; this time not so great! The employees working knew very little about the flowers and there was one employee in particular who was very short with me. He made me feel like my suggestions were inadequate. I am very upset that my continual visits aren't appreciated and I am sad to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the place to go for contemporary, exquisite flower arrangements. Very different from most florists I've seen in Salt Lake. They also have great gifts. Very cute store.

I went in looking for a gift for my mother. Having never been before, I was really pleased with the service and variety of gift ideas. My mom was quite pleased with the candle holder and flowers.

This store is cozy and attractive and has nice ideas for gift baskets and unique flower arrangements. The flowers tend to be very expensive, though. You can find some cool home accessories, and sometimes get a good deal, if you hit a sale. For the most part, the service is fine--though sometimes the salespeople can be pretty aloof.

Don't get flowers there..... They don't know much about types of flowers and how to care for flowers. They delivered flowers that were almost dead and delivery time was wrong. They are not to be relied on. Other products are okay, but expensive.

Cons: Unhelpful staff, delivers dead flowers, very expensive
