We Have lived at Park Capitol for 11 yrs. We really enjoy the area and especially the management, I have not found or rented from a nicer complex..Always willing to help and request are made very prompt (such as you ask for something to be fixed, you don't have to wait weeks.) Once again very friendly Management and Rent yes is a little high, but we have learned to live with that, because of the area and Kind and helpful people who run the place....we have enjoyed our living arrangements with Park Capitol and I would definately recommend to others.....Jf

This is a very good community, especially if you have pets or musical instruments. The management is very friendly, helpful, and caring (they sent a sympathy card when our cat died). They have on-site laundry and some apartments come with individual washing machines and dryers. They also have a swimming pool and reserved covered parking in a protected parking garage. It is rather pricey, especially if you're paying pet rent. But we felt that the price was worth it for the good management and the friendliness shown to our pets, plus the large apartment, great parking, great location. The only problems we ever had were with noise (primarily dogs barking or people playing drums), but those were few and far between.
Pros: Very Pet Friendly, Covered Parking, Pool
