Poor Excuse for an $80 Bouquet!

I typically do not have a problem with this florist but now will be taking my business elsewhere. My husband suprised me with an $80 bouquet for our wedding anniversary. The bouquet was small, not worth the $80 AND not even two full days had passed and the flowers were dead. His $80 would have been better spent on 5 Costco bouquets which last nearly 2 full weeks. When he called to inquire, they did not apologize and offered him a discount on his next purchase. What? Poor customer service.
