For many years I frequented flower shops like "flowerama" and other traditional flowerist for special occasions. I had no idea how lame those places are compared to Roots. I went to Roots for an anniversary and Rachael and her employee were great! I had my 9 week old english bulldog with me and they let him run around the store while they were putting my arrangement together. When I came back for another special event about 6 months later she asked where my puppy was! Very friendly and they take pride in their arrangements. If you are the "traditional" flower buyer I suggest stepping outside the box and trying Roots! Always friendly and always unique!
