We recently had a group of 25 people go snowmobiling. SnoWest came and picked us up and We were outfitted with gear and given brief safety instructions. We had a three hour tour with lunch. The guides were great and helped us whenever we had any trouble. The best part about the rides is when they let you go in the "meadows". You can open your machine up and do whatever you want - no restrictions. The views in the mountains were indescribable. One person in our group did wreck a snowmobile - so you might want to consider insurance if your or your companions are on the wild side. We did not have insurance, but the owner was very fair and we settled the claim quickly. In hindsight, I think the guides could have given a few more safety instructions. Overall though we sill had a great ride.
