An imaginative twist away from ordinary tacos and enchiladas in a beautiful mountain setting.

In Short
Other than the piped-in Mexican music and a few things on the wall, the restaurant does not go overboard to reinforce a south-of-the-border atmosphere. Try the fresh-fish tacos listed in the appetizer section. The shredded pork carnitas feature tender salted and roasted pork, richly seasoned with cumin and cinnamon and served with fresh flour tortillas.
not worth it

am staying at the cliff lodge and chose this restaurant because of its proximity, which later i regretted. the waiter was friendly which was the only plus, but i wasn't impressed with the food at all. the guacamole tasted processed and you had to buy the chips to go with the dip. i ordered the grilled flank steak for $16.95- not worth it. the steak, along with the chipotle mashed potatoes and side of vegetables all tasted like food you would expect from a cheap diner. and for tex-mex i was surprised that there was not a bigger margarita selection. there was only lime margarita, which was ok but not great. definitely do not recommend this place, even if you are lodging at snowbird and it's closeby. porcupine pub and grill is not a far drive and for the same price you can get much better food for your money.
- Pros: beautiful views, vast tequila choices, friendly service
- Cons: not so good food, bad value for your $
Off-season afternoon

If you're up at Snowbird in the off-season, the deck at Keyhole Junction provides a beautiful view and a relaxed and casual dining experience. Margaritas are terrific (splurge on the premium tequilas and you'll be in heaven) and the food is pretty good--it's pretty basic Tex-Mex, but the flavors are right on.
- Pros: Good margaritas, Great view, Patio dining
- Cons: Long canyon drive
