I had just moved into this place and the carpets were filthy, although they were only about three years old. Fresh Look Carpeting was recommended to me so I called. After giving an estimate on the phone we arranged an appointment to suit my schedule. They were a little bit late showing up, but the service they performed was worth the wait. My carpets looked much better than I expected so I was very pleased with the service. I might have gotten a lower price from someone else, but I don't think I would have gotten better results. I will call Fresh Look the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Cons: Arrived late
