This tiny restaurant nestled mid-mountain at Deer Valley proves that good things do come in small packages.

The Scene
The dark wooden interiors and smell from the wood-fired oven effuse cozy, romantic and classy. The intimate atmosphere and service make you feel pampered, as though you've discovered your own favorite little restaurant in the Italian countryside. Great spot for the ultra-romantic date.

The Food
"Cuisine from the Italian Countryside," the likes of grilled Tuscan bread with chicken liver ragu, pastas, salads, soups and a wide array of antipasti.

What to Order
You can't go wrong with the leg of lamb, shank of veal or wood-oven roasted garlic- and sage-studded pheasant with balsamic apple glaze.
