I have been to many places and well spent alot of money but never really enjoyed all the treatments that I have had but I went here just on a whim and I have never enjoyed myself this much my hair is perfect and the body treatments are to die for my massage was the best that I have had in many years I will be back very very soon Thanks Beauty and the Beast you have opened my eyes

Reading all the reviews online I went to this place. They put me to a new girl, who has just got out of hair school. I wanted a trim for my hair that was layered. She ruined the layers and my hair is all uneven. I wanted her to straighten my hair so I could see what she has done to my hair, but she wouldn't listen and put large curls on my hair so that I couldnt make out what she has done to my hair. Service is pathetic, they don't listen to what the customer wants and put a new customer to a brand new person who has no experience at all. The worst salon I have ever been to and I have to live with my uneven hair for sometime till I find a good salon. Very disappointed!

I recently walked into to Beauty and the Beast Salon. Elisha was my stylist and not only did she know exactly what I was trying to explain. It was the best color and cut I have ever recieved. I would definantly recommend Elisha! If you need some hair attention, she is the one to ask for

Pros: knowledgable staff, good atmosphere, worth every penny

Cons: crowded parking

Received an excellent haircut from Kat- I didn't know exactly what I wanted but Kat cut a perfect haircut that fit my personality and lifestyle. Cute, trendy, and fun. I could tell Kat loved what she did and was good at it! I would highly recommend this hair salon.

My hair was damaged dry, frizzy, curly & in dire need of a cut. My stylist was exceptional. I had a cut, color touch up & intensive condioning treatment. I also decided to try a mini facial & eye lift w/drainage. I've been to other spas and I received the best treatment ever from everyone there. My face felt firm and I saw an immediate improvement. My hair has never looked or felt better. This was my first time there and I highly recommend them. I definately will go back.

Pros: felt very pampered, very friendly staff

I just moved here and a friend told me to go there. I went in not knowing what I wanted and my stylist had some great Ideas. I came out with the best hair I have ever had. I cant wait to go back for a massage. It did seem a little expensive, but from experience I know you get what you pay for.

Pros: GREAT ATMOSPHERE, FUN, ATTENTIVE

Cons: A LITTLE PRICEY

I was having BIG problems with my skin........redness and break-out (rosacea/sp?). I started going for weekly facials with lymphatic drainage, and it completely cleared up my skin. Now I'm going every 2 or 3 weeks to maintain the results. I AM VERY PLEASED! The Esthetician, Megan, is very professional and helpful. A dermatologist I saw wanted to treat the problem with antibiotics which I definitely wanted to avoid, and which, thankfully, turned out to be unnecessary.

This was the most awesome experience, I enjoyed my visit to the salon, they were so up to date, and did a wonderful job on my hair, and then it was like a trip to heaven when I went and had a massage they are sooo good, they helped releave all my stress and the atmosphere is soo relaxing..

Pros: very professional, easy accessibilty, alot of fun

I went to this salon when they were first open and every time i go it gets better and better. The stylists there are great and they really listen to you. I would recomend this salon to anyone. Every stylist there does excellent work. Enjoy!

I'm male and have been a client of Beauty and the Beast for five years. I love the atmosphere, smells, and colors of this place. I've experienced almost every service they provide, except the "Beautiful Breast" and "Eyebrow" treatments. I've been told my brows and breasts are beautiful enough. Anyway, the facial I recently had was monumental. I love things that make me take notice. And, the Beast's new Phytobiodermie products used for my facial made me pay attention. The first mask applied by Megan started as a penetrating cool heat. Then for the 10-15 minutes that followed I felt my skin getting cooler and cooler. With the second mask, I felt my face being purged of all the crap I had collected. Including the hand and foot massage received between masks, this facial was an experience I will not forget. Also, Tonya does the best hair.

Pros: Relaxing Atmosphere, Vichey Showers, The Red Room

Cons: Fairies w/o Hands
