Like the other posting, I have found my experience with Real Property Mgmnt to be dismal, at best. Phone calls are not returned, emails returned most of the times but not until very long delays. Without any notice to me, the manager assigned to my property quit at the same time my property was being vacated. I assumed (wrongfully) that the transition to another tenant was moving forward. It wasn't until I called to find out the status was I informed that my mgr quit and they just hired a new guy. He just started and has yet to return my email. Suffice to say, due to poor communications and follow through I'll be paying my mortgage for a second straight month. My suggestion to any one thinking of using "the largest full service residential property management company in Utah", DON'T DO IT. I'm now looking for a new management company so I can GLADLY FIRE Real Property Management, Inc.
Pros: They made it easy to sign up with them and take my money.
Cons: Too many to list.

We were very disappointed with the services provided by Real Property Management. Emails went unanswered, phone calls went unreturned, and assignements and tasks went accomplished. Best thing to do if your going to use these folks is hire a property manager to manage this property manager.
Pros: None
Cons: Poor communication, Poor follow-through
