APX Alarm is awesome

I used to have my home security system monitored by Monitronics and three years ago we switch to APX. They are amazing. Everytime we call we talk to someone that seems like that really care about our security. When our alarm goes off they come across the key pad way fast. We have been so impressed with this company that we have recomended them to our friends and family.

Worst mistake Ive made

If I could go back, I would never deal with APX alarm.

The salesperson lied to me about the term of the aggreement, the severance policy, and even asked me where he could buy some marihuana.

APX will NOT hold true to the claims thier salespeople make!! Beware! They do not hold themselves in any way responsible for the actions of thier "representatives"
