User Reviews for Falling Waters Day Spa

Although the prices at the Falling Waters Day Spa may be a bit much it is well worth it in my opinion. When you get there you can be sure that the treatment you get is going to be top quality. You get what you pay for and I am willing to pay extra to know that I am getting a trained professional who is going to be awesome at their job. Sure there are some that are not that great, but most everyone I have been to there is vantastic and there is all personalities. I did get fake nails there and I ddint' care for them. But that is the only thing I have not like.

When I visited the Falling Waters Dayspa I was treated so well, it was as if I was a star! The atmosphire was so inviting and warm. I felt so welcomed by all of there staff. They are all so talented and friendly. Thank you Falling Waters for my most relaxing day that I have ever had at a spa. See you real soon! Much love and respect to you all.

After walking into a very beautiful reception area I was welcomed by a friendly staff. I was scheduled far a massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. All of my services were above average. I would recommend this day spa to anyone either a regular spa goer or a newbie. The jewelry, belts and clothing are amazing. Nice added touch with the boutique atmosphere. Falling Waters made my day very relaxing and I will be back soon!

Pros: On site day care, skilled professionals, friendly staff

I was very much disappointed with the service I got from the Fallingwaters day spa. I scheduled my appoinment a week before and the day I reach there, they dont have my appointment on the calendar, they squeeze me in to some one else's schedule and I didnt get the full time, I was cut in short and man, the prices are way over head. The pedicure lady just wanted to do it as a ritual, watching the clock when 45mts are gonna be over. Over all, nice big hole in my wallet and poor service. GO ELSEWHERE.
