Needed a couple properties managed, found Keyrenter online and checked them out. Comparing to others I'd previously used, chose them and been very satisfied over the past two years. Leased my homes pretty quick considering economy and take care of all the hassel so I don't have to. In fact, I know the tenants in one of my homes and asked them how they feel and they said they've been great, which was pleasing to hear as an owner. I certainly would and have recommended them to others.

Highly Recommended! I've been reading negative here and I just wonder why I didn't get to have the supposed bad service some are saying. I'm posting this review to say that I'm truly satisfied on what KeyRenter has been doing to manage my house and deal with our my tenants. Keeps me focused on other things that also matter while being at peace that everything's well with the maintenance of my house. They screen tenants well. They may have made mistakes in the past, and that kept them learning. Right now, I say that they are the better and really sincere in being of real help to people like me. I've been asking around some friends too about how their property managers are being helpful to them. They don't really say bad things about their property managers, but I sense they are not as satisfied as I am. Highly recommended! I wish they pay me for endorsing them (lol!). Kidding aside, keep it up Keyrenter people!

Lupe is wonderful. She kept in touch throughout our rental process and answered all my questions immediately. On top of that, she has great customer service skills. Very warm and friendly.

Keyrenter is outstanding and great to work with! They have always been helpful to me and worked with me on my rental property. Not only that they have a energetic attitude! When I call in they are not boring. Trust me that is a good thing. If you call someone and they are borig to talk to you usually hang up so lucky for them I stick with these guys! Nice! Thanks so much!

It is obvious to me that this company WANTS to keep the homes rented because they care about our needs. Even minor repairs are taken care of right away. They seem to be ready to listen to any changes we, the tenant, want to make, but not to drastic. I have live in this home for over four years and have been very impressed since Keyrenter took over. Thanks for a good job.
