I have a home that I couldn't sell and
was frustrated with it. I looked up Keyrenter and thought they looked very tech savvy and had cool features. I looked at a few different companies and decided to go with them because of their pricing and people that seemed to really care. Now, 9 months later I am so glad I hired them!
I rented a house from Keyrenter for a
year, worst experience I have ever had. The condition the house was in when we moved in was horrendous. We were reassured multiple times by the staff that their "personal cleaning team" had spent an entire day cleaning the place yet there was still toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. You would think that after eight hours of cleaning they would of at least made a pass at the bathroom mirror. We also had several maintenance issues throughout the year that were addressed and never taken care of. We finally had to just start dealing with the guy who owned the placed since it was apparent Keyrenter was going to be of no assistance. I would definitely not recommend getting involved with this company
