We were told 30 minutes for a table for two to be seated and it took an hour. When we went inside we saw a half empty restaurant and plenty of seating to accommodate the 20 or so other people that had also been waiting.

We sat for another half hour and never saw waiter to take our order or even offer a glass of water although there appeared to be plenty of staff on the floor so we walked out.

I have never seen such a poorly run establishment and now assume the lines you always see are due to poor organization rather than high demand. My first and last visit.
