Awesome Smoked Chicken and Button Bustin' Burger. We went to Richard's Roundup after a long day of yard work, so needless to say, we worked up quite an appetite.

My wife had their smoked chicken, which was tender and Juicy. They said they brine it, but wouldn't give out any secrets[much to her dismay]. She had Broccoli Slaw and BBQ beans, both of which she said were great.

I had the Button Bustin' Burger. It was Huge. Juicy Burger patty topped with bacon and polish sausage, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and then some BBQ Sauce. Then I found out that instead of Regular Fries, they do these things called twisted taters. They were made right in front of us, and were so much better than fries. Kind of like a cross between a curly fry and a chip.

I would recommend Richard's to anybody that loves great food. They have much more than just BBQ, and we will be going past for sure.
