Angelic!. Amy is both knowledgeable and intuitive. She is now my massage therapist of choice because no one compares to her! She consistently addresses whatever issues I knew I had and finds the underlying issues and resolves both. Each time I come away from receiving a massage from her I feel relief from pain AND total relaxation. Heaven and health indeed! I not only recommend her to everyone I know, I've started buying gift certificates to give to friends because I know I couldn't give them a better gift than a massage from Amy! As a matter of fact--I am the most popular person in my office now since bringing her in at Christmas to do chair massages. :)

The Best I've Ever Had. Incredible! I get massages frequently and the massages I've gotten from Amy are the best I've had. Not only does she make you feel comfortable but she knows her stuff. During one massage she pressed these points in the back of my neck and I felt my entire body just relax. I didn't even know that was possible! She has a way of working out knots and stretching muscles without being painful. She not only listens to you but your body. It's always been a great experience.

Heavenly!. I went to Heaven and Health last Saturday for relaxation and came away feeling a few years younger. I had come to accept my stooping shoulders as a natural part of getting older but Amy saw I carried a lot of tension in my muscles because I work at a computer all day. She knew just what to do. She concentrated her work on my neck, shoulders and back and stretched me in ways I haven't experienced before. I've had many relaxing massages before but this time I walked away feeling lighter, younger, and found it much easier to maintain good posture. The name Heaven & Health says it all!

Muscle Expert!. I was so impressed by Amy's knowledge of muscle groups. She knew exactly where I was the most tense (at the base of my neck) and spent the majority of her time there. She was able to work out the tension, and show me some stretches that I can do to help keep my shoulders relaxed. A true expert in her field.

Great and relaxing SLC massage. Amy is very warm and professional. I had a massive knot in my neck that had been developing for months of carrying trays at my job. Just one Neck Nirvana treatment was enough to seriously help me with that. Also, the atmosphere was very relaxing and the music really helped me get into a relaxed zone. I would highly recommend Heaven & Health to anyone looking for a soothing experience, as well as an excellent massage.
