I was traveling to SLC for work and found the groupon for Heaven & Health massage.  I called and booked my 60 minute neck nirvana.

I have had many massages but I will say this was Nirvana!  I truly felt this massage was personalized to my needs and  Amy took her time working on my knots.  She was conscious of the pressure and didn't rush through the treatment.  It was really relaxing.

After the massage, Amy showed me some stretches to help keep my shoulders & neck healthy, my only problem was that I didn't book 90 minutes!

I highly recommend Heaven & Health massage.  When I travel to SLC I will definitely visit Amy again

Amy is great! I've been to see her twice and both times the lower back and hamstring pain caused by lumbar disc issues was almost totally gone. Added with some stretching over the next few days and I have never felt better. Amy often has sales which helps a poor student like me out, and she is very talented and professional.

My husband and I went to Amy for a Thai massage. I had never had a Thai massage before and it was great. Really great. I didn't quite know what to expect. Amy made me feel very comfortable. The room was quiet, clean and a relaxing space. The massage was so cool in how she really stretched every muscle. It seemed like something wonderful to do for your body often, especially after a hard work out. I was stretched and loosened from head to toes and felt so good afterward. Amy really put a lot of work into that massage and I appreciated it. Loved it!

Very professional, very good!. Amy has excellent customer service and an easy-to-use online booking/ confirmation system. She puts you at ease when you arrive, goes through a short medical history and run-down of what to expect. She tailors the massage to you and your body.

Amy also knows her stuff. She uses a variety of techniques, asks for and responds to feedback, and generally works your muscles so that you leave much more relaxed and feeling-good than when you arrived!

All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

Simply Amazing!!. I've had probably a thousand massages across the valley and have never had an experience like with Amy. Her training is different than most of the schools have and so her massage is way different than the average out there. She works on areas that most therapists do not address and does everything in a unique and effective way. She is worth so much more than the cost of the massage. You really need to give her a try and you'll be back.

Therapeutic and Rejuvenating. I didn't used to think I was a massage person.... a friend of mine gave me a massage to Heaven & Health and now I'm hooked!

Amy has a truly therapeutic touch, when I get massages from her it feels like the stresses in my muscles and my mind just melt away under her capable hands. I love the massage but even more feeling refreshed and so rejuvenated after the massage.

One of my favorite things about Heaven & Health is that there are a number of different treatment offerings that are unique and provide a holistic approach to massage and healing. The classic massage is amazing, but her thai massage and touch for health are also great.

Make sure to ask her to spend some extra time on your shoulders and head. Amy has a GIFT for head massage!

Amy is unbelievably talented. I was lucky enough to discover Amy while she was just in school, and she has been my massage therapist ever since. She really has the intuitive gift for healing-- a true master of her craft. I think my husband summed it up after we went somewhere else for a couples massage: "It was nice, but not as good as Amy. Why would we ever go to anywhere else?!!" And he's right-- we never will again!

Amazing Massage!. Amy's massages are incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. I went in for a massage after spending a weekend moving furniture and boxes. During the massage she quickly isolated my sore muscles and went to work. She worked areas I didn't even realize were tense. The hand massage in particular felt amazing. When she finished I felt very relaxed, loose, and no longer had sore muscles. It was the best I had felt in months.

The atmosphere at Heaven & Health is professional, soothing, and inviting. Amy has done an excellent job with the decor.

Overall the experience is amazing. I'm eagerly anticipating my next massage, and plan to see Amy regularly.

Thai Massage. I signed up to have a Thai massage from Amy without doing any research about what was involved. As she was working on me I said, "this feels like assisted yoga" and Amy confirmed that Thai massage is actually called assisted yoga! I loved it. I enjoy yoga and it was really fun to have someone helping me stretch without me having to do any work! If you want the health benefits of massage and yoga mixed into one, sign up for a Thai massage from Amy! She really knows her stuff and constantly checks to make sure the stretch is comfortable. The massage area in her house is very clean and nice. I would recommend her to anyone.

A bit of heaven on earth. As a relative novice when it comes to massages, I appreciated that Amy made recommendations and explained what she was going to do before she did it. She put me at ease and allowed me to actually enjoy the massage (I especially loved the work Amy did on my head and feet). I've now had several massages from her, and Amy always caters to my requests, especially regarding ambiance. If I want to talk, she'll talk to me. If I want Beatles tunes instead of more traditional massage music, she's cool with that. With Amy, the entire massage experience is excellent.
