As a vegetarian who loves ethnic food I must say I was thrilled when Spice Bistro opened up in my neighbourhood. Because let's face it, most of SLC's good authentic ethnic restaurants are located downtown. But not anymore, now all I have to do is drive around the corner to get what I think is the best Saag Paneer in town. And they are always running great special like their Early Bird, buy one get one 50% off deal. So not only am I saving gas $ by not driving all the way downtown, I'm getting a super deal on dinner too. Spice Bistro is definitely worth the drive no matter where you live, but if you are in the Holladay, Cottonwood area it is a "must taste"

Another great addition to dining in Holladay!. I liked the ambience, bar menu, and enormous food menu! My girlfriend has the Spinach Paneer(which was made perfectly) and I had the biggest double cut pork chop Ive ever seen in Salt Lake City. Great Job guys, I have a new favorite hangout.

A new level of Indian food in salt lake city. We found a gem. An Indian restaurant with amazing service, great ambiance, a real wine list, and options the guy who doesnt like Indian....ME!!

I had a pork chop that was as good as any restaurant I have eaten in. The chop was thick, juicy, and perfectly glazed with big flavor. My wife couldnt stop raving about the Indian dish she ordered. I even tried some of the fried Indian appetizers and they were actually tastey.

The servers were knowledgeable, fun, attentive and gave top notch service. We can't wait to go back!!
