Sadly Disappointed. I originaly went because of the good reviews and the first time things went great. Second time in I trusted that the girll doing my hair knew what she was doing. The color came out so bad that I wore a hat because it looked horrible. She offered to fix it in a few days but after returning home my neck started to burn so I reached back to find clumps of bleach still in my hair! I also found that there was still streaks of my natural color that didn't get colored! I of course didn't want to go back and had to get an emergency fix somewhere else. I talked to the owner about it and she said she'd get back to me that night but I was ignored for a month! I finally had to make an appointment to come in and talk to her and she refused to give me anything back saying that "they charge for time and product, regardless of how it comes out." Very unprofessional!…
Tangled (Previously Vamp Salon). Tangled Salon & Day Spa is better then ever!! Even better now that they've gotten some new people working there. I love it everytime I go in, even to just chit chat. Alina and Tosha are the best at cutting hair and Megan and Danielle totally know how to rock the nails!!…

The employees do a remarkable job and I always leave pleased.
I have been going to Megan for the last 3 years for acrylic nails, shellac, manicure/polish, pedicures, and gel toes. I have never been unsatisfied. I love this place. I have never had to wait for her, she is very prompt, friendly and the best part, amazing at what she does.
I love how the staff stays current on trends (hair and nails) and they do a fabulous job.
Although I miss the relaxing atmosphere at VAMP, I still get the same wonderful employees, results and excellent customer service.…
Best Nails Ever!!!. I love this place. Megan does the best nails. Every time I go I get quality nails at a great price. I enjoy every minute I spend there. I don't feel pressured about what type of nails I want and the creativity and pure talent shows in my nails. I also had my hair done there recently and was not dissapointed. There was a lot of communication and even though I was very indecisive the hair dresser some how knew exactly what I wanted.…
