This was a great experience! I had just been to Gateway Bridal and had a horrible experience. Martha at Ball & Bride was so attentive and kind. She stayed late to help me find the perfect dress. She really went above and beyond to help me and my two family members feel important. I found a lovely dress and lovely veil. She even mentioned that there was a coupon running in a local paper and that she would give me the discount without an actual coupon from me. We had no idea about the coupon, she could have been quiet about that and made an extra $100, but she didn't. That was impressive to me. I would definitely recommend Ball & Bride to anyone looking for a dress - wedding, bridesmaid, or prom.
