After dealing with a property manager in the past who was essentially a slum lord. I was worried about getting involved with another.

After seeing the house we were in love with it though so we went ahead with it.

They have been the best landlords we have ever had, immediately fixing any problems we had, being there anytime we had a question, and most recently even providing us with a window unit when the temperature sky rocketed.

I have a baby in the house, and it's nice to know they are looking out for us like that.

If you are in an area where they do business, rent from BMG, you won't regret it!

BMG Rentals Property Management has managed our property going on 5 years. We had two other SLC area management companies prior to BMG, and were forced to change due to inadequate communication, service and ultimately vacancy issues.

It is very apparent that BMG understands the value of keeping the "pulse" on their managed property. This is best illustrated by the fact that we have many tenants that have rented with us for many years. BMG's staff (Cassie) will often provide suggestions as what may add ultimate value which I've considered above and beyond the "normal" maintenance issues.

Having managed properties myself, I understand the challenges associated with managing vacancies, marketing, maintenance, expenses, etc. Being an out of state owner, it is critical to find a trustworthy, competent partner for ones investment.

They really take care of their tenants. Everything is fixed properly and in reasonable time. They work hard and are dedicated to their tenants.

We had a problem with a drawer that fell of track and would not go back on. When we called someone must have already been close by, they were there in a few minutes. The repair was simple for him to complete and he was on his way. Glad to have that repaired though, thanks!

They have been decent to rent from, taking and returning calls. Them acting on maintenance requests is probably the biggest plus for me. So many times with other places the repair is never urgent and gets done eventually or not at all.
